Frequently Asked Questions

There is abundant parking behind Eastworks, Keystone, and Mill 180 on Pleasant Street. There are two entrances, one next to the American Legion and another between Eastworks and Keystone.  Look for the signs.  A limited number of handicap parking spaces are available in the Ferry Street Lot.  There is a ramp from the Mill parking lot down to the park.

Please keep in mind that the Ferry Street lot will be reserved for handicap and artist parking.  It WILL NOT be available for pick up and drop off.

Gates open at 5PM for picnicking. Our food trucks (Little Truc, Hearth & Timber, and Corsello Butcheria) and local breweries (Abandoned Building and New City) will have a delicious menu of offerings. This is a great time to check out the Sculpture Park on the hill to the right of the stage. Music starts at 6PM and lasts until about 10PM. Abandoned Building Brewery and New City Brewery will host after-parties on select weekends. Check Facebook for after-party details.

Bring a blanket or lawn chairs, sunscreen, reusable cups and containers and an appetite for adventure. We’ll have plenty of great food options but you may wish to bring a picnic. Some people might also like to have bug repellant on hand.

If you are bringing a lawn chair, please be respectful of your neighbors and situate yourself in the upper portion of the lawn.  This leaves the lower space clear so that those on blankets can enjoy a clear view of the stage too.

Please DO NOT bring pets (we love your furry friends, but the park needs to feel safe and comfortable for everyone), alcohol (we’ve got you covered with great local breweries), glass containers, umbrellas (small handheld umbrellas are ok in case of showers), drugs & drug paraphernalia, weapons of any kind, or fireworks.

We love your furry friends, but the park needs to feel safe and comfortable for everyone, so please leave them at home (yes, this includes goats, iguanas, and comfort peacocks too).

Yes! Millside Park is conveniently located right along the Manhan Rail Trail, making it easy to come by bicycle from just about anywhere in the Valley. We have partnered with Speed & Sprocket, MassBike PV and Friends of Northampton Trails and Greenways (FNTG) to offer FREE valet parking for bicycles for all four weeks. Speed and Sprocket will be on site each Saturday with their pop-up repair shop, so you can get a tuneup or a new light installed while you enjoy the show.

Looking to ride with other people and make new friends?  FNTG is leading two group rides to Millpond.Live from Northampton on 8/25 and 9/8. The rides depart Pulaski Park at 5:30 pm and arrive at Millside Park just in time for the music at 6pm.

Millpond.Live is a rain or shine event, so feel free to bring a small hand held umbrella or a poncho if it looks gloomy. We plan to dance regardless of weather.
