Each year, more than ten thousand people gather by the Millpond to embark upon a magical journey, coming back week after week to celebrate their shared love of music, food, art, and community. Music lovers come by car from throughout the region while locals arrive on foot from the surrounding neighborhoods, eager to spread their blankets on the gently sloping lawn. Hundreds of cyclists make their way via the Valley’s interconnected bike paths, encouraged by the reward of free bicycle valet parking.

Families bring picnics or savor delicious offerings from local food trucks, while nearby breweries serve a rotating selection of handcrafted beverages. Children clamber on the illuminated play structure and cavort about the lawn in gleeful packs, their laughter filling the warm night air. As the sun set, the cliffs of Mt. Tom are illuminated in scarlet and gold. Dancers step and sway while couples draw close as the stars came out.
